Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking passionate, hard-working individuals for an entry-level sales/customer service role in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Training will be provided for customer service and sales skills, with a focus on building friendly client relationships and maintaining a polished salon.

Starting pay is $16.90 per hour. The position offers benefits such as health and vision insurance, dental coverage, employee discounts, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close the business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use tanning equipment for first-time users.
• Attend off-site sales and job trainings.
