Qualifications

• Experience in retail/customer service required.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meets sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback.
• Schedules and assigns employees to meet operations.
• Monitors expenses to achieve financial objectives.
• Ensures store compliance with legal requirements.
• Assigns tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized and customer ready.
• Builds rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Creates a positive, motivating team environment.
• Investigates and resolves customer concerns promptly.
• Analyzes daily sales and expenses to maximize profit.
