Starting pay is $18 per hour with commission on all product, package, upgrade, and membership sales, plus bonuses, benefits, and opportunities for growth through training programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Assists with daily store manager admin work.
• Assists with training new hire sales associates.
• Assists with holding team members accountable to standard policies and sales expectations.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
