Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7 hours/day)
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation; flexible nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly
• Assist with daily store manager administrative work
• Assist with training new hire sales associates
• Hold team members accountable to policies and sales expectations
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Open/close the business and handle daily paperwork
• Walk customers to rooms and teach tanning equipment use
• Attend off-site sales and job trainings
