• Experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, marketing, human resources, or the beauty industry is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of social media and online job boards is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing experienced hairstylists, colorists, junior stylists, cosmetology graduates, salon assistants, and front desk candidates.
• Outreach to local cosmetology schools, instructors, and career placement departments.
• Advertise job opportunities across job boards, social media, groups, and local networks.
• Build relationships with beauty professionals and promote SSG career opportunities.
• Respond to candidates, review initial qualifications, and coordinate interviews with salon management.
