Hair Cuttery is seeking a Salon Manager who acts as coach, entrepreneur, and culture-shaper. As the "CEO" of your salon, you’ll drive growth, profitability, and vibe, while mentoring the next generation of top-tier salon pros behind the chair.

You’ll recruit talent, optimize the guest journey, and use data and tools to crush sales goals, schedule efficiently, and elevate the salon’s reputation. This role blends leadership with hands-on styling.

Qualifications

• License: cosmetology license in the applying state.
• Work authorization: eligible to work in the United States.
• Leadership experience: minimum 12 months in a leadership role.
• Availability: 40 hours per week (5 days/8 hours).
• Dexterity and stamina for long shifts in a salon.
• Comfortable in a salon with exposure to chemicals and scents.
• Basic cash/inventory math and training attendance commitment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Talent Scout: recruit top stylists and partner with local schools.
• Master the Guest Journey: mentor staff to turn first‑time guests into fans.
• Grow Your Empire: use data/tools to maximize sales, schedule, and reputation.
• Be the Ultimate Mentor: apply IGROW to develop associates’ careers.
• Set the Stage: maintain a safe, clean, and energetic salon environment.
