About the Opportunity

As a Stylist Assistant, you will help our salon operate smoothly by supporting stylists, preparing workstations, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and helping clients feel comfortable throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

• Stylist Support: Help stylists prepare for appointments, organize supplies, and keep workstations ready for clients.

• Shampoo Assistance: Assist with shampooing, conditioning, and other permitted services when appropriately licensed and authorized.

• Salon Cleanliness: Keep workstations, shampoo areas, common areas, and salon tools clean and organized in accordance with sanitation requirements.

• Laundry and Supplies: Manage towels, capes, laundry, and product supplies to help maintain an efficient workflow.

• Appointment Flow: Help the team stay organized and communicate client needs or scheduling changes to the appropriate staff.

• Product Knowledge: Learn about professional haircare products and help maintain an organized retail display.

• Teamwork: Support stylists and other team members with daily salon responsibilities.

• Professional Development: Learn about salon standards, client service, and potential career pathways in the beauty industry.

Qualifications
