Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or a spa environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spa cleanliness by following established procedures for treatment rooms, restrooms, stock rooms, reception areas, and locker rooms.
• Wash, dry, fold, and organize towels and linens; maintain the laundry area and dressing rooms.
• Prepare and serve beverages, spa lunches, and light refreshments.
• Bake cookies daily and ensure all food/beverage items are presented attractively and hygienically.
• Clean and load dishes into the dishwasher after use.
• Keep public areas — including the spa lobby, locker rooms, and waiting areas — neat and presentable at all times.
• Straighten magazines and refresh flower arrangements (replace water as needed).
• Ensure all areas meet spa and salon sanitation standards, supporting state licensing and health regulations.
• Assist staff and management with various operational needs to ensure smooth guest flow and service delivery.
