Qualifications

• Cosmetology school graduate.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years of relevant, fast-paced salon management experience or similar work.

Responsibilities

• Lead salon with focus on service and product sales growth.
• Achieve individual productivity goals weekly.
• Maintain attendance and enforce Ulta Beauty policies.
• Manage service staff performance, coaching, and development.
• Coordinate service events to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Ensure inventory and budgets are adhered to.
