Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Assistant Services Manager to lead a salon team and drive service and merchandise sales in a high-energy environment. You will support the Experience Manager in coaching stylists and estheticians, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence while also providing guest services behind the chair.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years of salon management experience, cosmetology credentials, and a proven ability to build an engaged, diverse team.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology school graduate.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years of relevant, fast-paced salon management experience or other relevant work.
• Demonstrated knowledge of state board of cosmetology regulations and hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead through Ulta Beauty’s mission and manage a high-performing salon team.
• Achieve productivity and sales goals weekly.
• Promote accountability for store service, payroll, and omni-channel sales targets.
• Drive profitability via operational excellence and cost control.
• Plan and execute service events delivering guest experience and payroll goals.
