Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Assist with daily store manager admin work and training new hires.
• Assist with holding team members accountable to policies and sales expectations.
• Educate customers on tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon and open/close the business.
• Handle daily admin paperwork and goal tracking.
• Walk customers to rooms and guide first-time users on tanning equipment.
• Participate in off-site sales and job trainings.
