Position Overview

Come glow with us at Zoom Tan! We are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, and personable professionals to join our team as Sales Associates. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

1. Greet clients and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
2. Assess clients' skin types to recommend suitable tanning equipment and lotions, explaining the process and safety guidelines.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tanning area, ensuring equipment is functional and supplies are stocked.
4. Upsell tanning lotions and products based on client needs and preferences.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.
6. Build and maintain client relationships and keep accurate records of client preferences and history.
7. Open and close the salon on schedule.

Pay

$15.70/hour plus commission and bonuses

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Flexible with working evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to stand and work for extended periods

Experience

• Sales experience - 1 year (preferred)
