Pacific Symphony Subscription Sales Representative

DCM Inc. is a leading telemarketing and fundraising firm, facilitating campaigns on behalf of major arts and advocacy organizations across the country. We are currently looking for theatrical personalities with a passion for the performing arts.

This is an opportunity to do something that really serves a purpose. Our outreach directly supports the Pacific Symphony's highest standard of artistic excellence, as well as their transformative education and community engagement programs. We are looking to hire individuals with the passion and conviction required for success.

We are currently recruiting remote/work-from-home Subscription Sales Representatives for the Pacific Symphony.

Job Profile:

  1. Calling past donors, subscribers, and patrons to sell subscription ticket packages for the 2025-26 season.
  2. Part-Time Shifts: Mondays through Thursdays 7pm-11pm EST, Fridays and Saturdays 1pm-5pm EST.
  3. Flexible scheduling with a minimum of 16 hours per week (4 full shifts).
  4. Comprehensive and ongoing training and coaching.
  5. Mandatory paid training: Thursday 5/29 and Friday 5/30 from 1-4pm EST.
  6. Active participation in team meetings via audio and video is expected.
  7. Entirely remote/work from home setup.

Requirements:

  1. Knowledgeable and passionate about classical music and the performing arts.
  2. A strong desire to promote and preserve orchestral music.
  3. Successful sales and/or fundraising background with the ability to close sales and raise funds.
  4. Ability to follow directions and read from a script.
  5. High-quality customer service attitude.
  6. Proficiency with multiple software platforms and troubleshooting equipment or internet issues on the fly.
  7. Persistent, diligent work ethic; self-motivated team player.
  8. Own a computer or laptop with headset or headphones, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace.
  9. Comfortable receiving feedback and coaching, with calls monitored for quality assurance and productivity.

Compensation:

  1. Base hourly rate (guaranteed minimum wage) plus commission based on sales.
  2. Top performers typically earn between $20-$25+ per hour weekly.

Eligibility requires working from one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, California, Illinois.
