LACQUER NAIL BAR LLC is seeking a friendly receptionist/concierge to join our busy salon team in Saint Augustine. You will greet guests, book appointments, and manage calls, ensuring a smooth experience from arrival to departure.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, excellent communication, and comfort with scheduling software and computers. This role requires a reliable, upbeat attitude with a willingness to multitask in a fast-paced salon setting.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Saturdays and evenings, it will be a set schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive at the salon, you are the first face they see, that matters.
