Job summary

Saint Augustine Nail Lounge in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our busy salon team. You will handle front desk duties, manage appointments, answer calls and texts, and clearly communicate nail service options to clients.

We offer flexible full-time or part-time scheduling. The first 30 days start at the base hourly rate, with a review after 30 days to adjust pay based on knowledge, reliability, and performance.

Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Saint Augustine Nail Lounge is looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable receptionist to join our team!

Salon Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 7 days a week. Flexible Scheduling – Full-time & part-time positions available.

This is not a nail technician position, and you will not be performing nail services. However, our receptionist must have a professional understanding of nail services in order to properly communicate with clients and manage appointments.

Pay & 30-Day Review

The first 30 days will begin at the starting hourly rate.

After 30 days, we will review your:

• Knowledge of professional nail services
• Customer service and friendliness
• Ability to communicate with clients
• Reliability and professionalism
• Appointment and front desk management
• Teamwork and overall performance

After the review, the hourly rate may be renegotiated based on experience, knowledge, and performance.
