Job summary

LACQUER NAIL BAR LLC is seeking a friendly receptionist/concierge to join our busy salon. You will greet guests, book appointments, answer calls, and support nail technicians as needed while maintaining a welcoming, efficient front desk.

A cheerful disposition and solid computer and scheduling skills are essential. Ideal candidates have strong customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience preferred.
• Previous receptionist experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software.
• Excellent multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival; be the first face they see and set a welcoming tone.
