Qualifications

• Experience in managing or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate reports and assist with salon director functions.
• Assist the Salon Director in revenue and expense control.
• Schedule staffing to maximize productivity and service quality.
• Occasional night/weekend shifts for coverage.
