Job summary

Sun Tan City in Burlington, NC is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to drive store performance, deliver exceptional client service, and lead tanning consultants to meet goals. This role requires management or sales experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coach a team in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend availability is required.

You will monitor daily operations, maintain a clean salon, set team goals, provide coaching, and help manage staffing and expenses.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to deliver a client-centric experience and meet sales targets.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports and assist with inventory and other salon director duties.
• Help manage staffing to balance productivity and service quality.
• Work nights and weekends as needed for coverage.
• Transport to the bank as needed.
• Expect five days per week, ~40–45 hours.
