Job summary

Smartstyle is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Salon Manager in overseeing all salon operations in Sioux Falls. You will recruit and coach a team, monitor guest service quality, and drive sales while controlling payroll and expenses.

Qualifications

• Valid current cosmetology license, including manager license as required by local regulations.
• Ability to work 35–40 hours per week on a flexible schedule, including nights/weekends.
• Exceptional guest service and quality service delivery.
• A team player with strong leadership, multitasking, and time management.
• Effective communication with team, peers, supervisors and guests.
• Ability to read and analyze salon reports and run basic business metrics.
• Basic reading, writing, math and computer skills.
