The candidate will oversee guest service, lead promotional efforts, and ensure compliance with corporate policies while maintaining a welcoming, efficient salon environment for clients

Qualifications

• Valid current cosmetology license, including a manager license as required by local regulations.
• Ability to work 35–40 hours per week with flexibility for nights and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and quality hair services.
• Strong leadership, multi-tasking and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with staff, peers, supervisors and guests.
• Ability to read and analyze salon reports and basic math/computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Salon Manager in overseeing all salon operations.
• Ensure the team delivers exceptional guest service and loyalty.
• Market the salon and grow the business through community engagement.
• Lead, coach and develop staff; schedule to meet business needs.
• Manage payroll, expenses and compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Train staff on proper techniques and provide guidance for services offered.
• Complete required administrative tasks and maintain a professional appearance.
