Job summary

Sun Tan City in Durham, NC is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, deliver exceptional client service, and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, lead by example, and help achieve productivity goals while ensuring a clean, client-focused salon.

Previous management or sales experience in beauty or retail is preferred; strong communication and basic computer skills (Word/Excel/Outlook) are a plus.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example in client-centric service and sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
