Job summary

Supercuts is seeking a Salon Manager to lead all facets of salon operations, drive guest satisfaction, and grow the business. The role emphasizes development of staff, execution of service quality, and profitability through effective team leadership.

The ideal candidate will hold a cosmetology license and, where required by law, a manager license, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends and to travel for meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service, understanding the guest’s needs and performing services efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead salon operations and staff to grow clientele and profitability.
• Provide full range of haircare services offered by Supercuts.
• Deliver high-quality guest service and consultations.
