Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director in Goodlettsville, TN to oversee daily salon operations and drive performance. You will manage Tanning Consultants, coach staff, and maintain top-notch client service while meeting productivity goals. This is a hands-on leadership role with some evening and weekend hours.

Strong communication, leadership, and basic computer skills are expected. Prior management or sales experience is a plus, and the company offers a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

College education preferred, but not required.
Experience in management or sales is a plus.
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) are desired.
