You will earn a base hourly rate of $19–$22, plus commission and 100% of tips, with an expected total compensation of around $30–$50 per hour. This role emphasizes growth for both personal and professional development within a growing franchise.

Our Salon Managers earn a base hourly rate based on experience, plus commission and 100% of their tips. Management bonus eligible. We are looking for leaders who are motivated to grow both personally and professionally while helping their salon team and hair stylists succeed. Higher base pay can be expected if candidate has management experience, but we are willing to train!
