Job summary

Primrose Cost Cutters is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to lead daily operations, deliver hair care services with excellence, and mentor staff in a vibrant salon setting. This role offers a clear pathway to advancement to a Salon Manager position.

You will supervise front-line teams, uphold service standards, and support recruiting and training efforts while maintaining a positive, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
