Job summary

Primrose Cost Cutters in Wisconsin is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a team of hair stylists in a busy, guest‑focused salon environment.

You will mentor staff, ensure top‑quality hair services, and drive customer satisfaction while managing schedules and inventory in a franchise setting.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin cosmetology or barber license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a hair stylist or within a salon environment.
• Leadership experience is preferred but training can be provided.

JOIN OUR TEAM AS A SALON MANAGER AT PRIMROSE COST CUTTERS

Are you a licensed cosmetologist or barber ready to take the next step in your salon career? Primrose Cost Cutters is looking for a motivated Salon Manager to lead a talented team of hair stylists in a busy, guest-focused salon environment. If you are passionate about leadership, customer service, mentoring hair stylists, and growing a successful salon team, we would love to meet you.

Our Salon Managers earn a base hourly rate of $19–$22 per hour based on experience, plus commission and 100% of their tips - expected total compensation is approximately $30–$50 per hour. We are looking for leaders who are motivated to grow both personally and professionally while helping their salon team and hair stylists succeed.
