Primrose Cost Cutters seeks a motivated Salon Manager to lead a team of hair stylists in a busy, guest-focused salon. If you are passionate about leadership, customer service, mentoring stylists, and growing a successful team, we would love to meet you.

You will earn a base hourly rate of $19–$22, plus commission and 100% of tips, with an expected total compensation of around $30–$50 per hour. This role emphasizes growth for both personal and professional development within a growing franchise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a salon environment.
• Leadership experience preferred but willing to train the right person.
• Strong communication, customer service, and team-building skills are essential.
• Passion for developing hair stylists and creating a positive salon atmosphere.
• Current Wisconsin cosmetology or barber license is required.

Responsibilities
