Job summary

Primrose Cost Cutters in Wisconsin is seeking a licensed cosmetologist or barber to become Salon Manager, leading a team of hair stylists in a busy, guest-focused salon environment.

The role offers a base hourly rate of $19–$22, plus commission and 100% of tips, with total compensation expected to reach about $30–$50 per hour. You will coach, mentor, schedule, and develop the team to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin cosmetology or barber license required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a hair stylist or within a salon environment.
• Leadership experience preferred but willing to train the right person.
• Strong communication, customer service, and team-building skills.
• Passion for developing hair stylists and creating a positive salon atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily salon operations and create a positive salon culture.
• Mentor and coach hair stylists to help grow their clientele and performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and high-quality hair services.
