PS Salon & Spa is seeking a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to oversee multiple salon locations within partnered senior living communities. The position offers a 52% commission structure with potential annual review of the commission rate and a bonus plan, along with supplemental insurance access.

Qualifications

• Active Cosmetology license in the state where salon operates.
• Prior salon leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and support a team while maintaining personal production goals.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with field leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple salons within partnered senior living communities.
• Oversee day-to-day operations as a Salon Manager.
• Coordinate schedules Wed–Sat; 6–7 hours daily.
• Ensure coverage and performance targets are met; communicate with Field Leader.

PS Salon & Spa is looking for aProfessional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experienceto manage our multi-unit salons as a Salon Manager, within our partnered Senior Living Communities!

Job Type:

Part-Time, 6-7 hours daily/not to exceed 30 hours.

Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday

Compensation:

• 52% commission rate
• Opportunity for annual review of commission rate

• Schedule is set to align with business needs, flexibility required as needed.
• Ability to workdays, evenings, and/or weekends behind the chair as needed.
• Support schedule coverage when available and appropriate.
• Timely communications to direct Field Leader of any limitations or availability around coverage needs.

Position Requirements:

• MUST HAVE:Active Cosmetology license in the state where salon operates.
• Reliable transportation
• Previous salon leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and support a team while maintaining personal production goals.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with field leadership.
• Flexible availability to meet changing business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 30lbs, reach, bend, and perform services.
• Ability to navigate and understand electronic devices such as an iPad/Point-of-Sale device
• Other Duties that may be assigned according to the needs of the business
• Experience in a caregiving environment (preferred)
