Job summary

PS Salon & Spa is seeking a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to oversee multiple salon locations within senior living communities. This part-time role offers a 6-7 hour daily schedule (not to exceed 30 hours) with a 52% commission rate and opportunities for bonuses and benefits.

The ideal candidate will hold an active cosmetology license in the state, have leadership experience, and be capable of motivating a team while maintaining personal production goals.

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a salon.
• Strong customer service and team motivation skills.

PS Salon & Spa is looking for aProfessional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experienceto manage our multi-unit salons as a Salon Manager, within our partnered Senior Living Communities!

Job Type:Part-Time, 6-7 hours daily/not to exceed 30 hours.

Compensation:

• 52% commission rate
• Opportunity for annual review of commission rate

• Schedule is set to align with business needs, flexibility required as needed.
• Ability to workdays, evenings, and/or weekends behind the chair as needed.
• Support schedule coverage when available and appropriate.
• Timely communications to direct Field Leader of any limitations or availability around coverage needs.

Position Requirements:

• MUST HAVE:Active Cosmetology license in the state where salon operates.
• Reliable transportation
• Previous salon leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and support a team while maintaining personal production goals.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with field leadership.
• Flexible availability to meet changing business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 30lbs, reach, bend, and perform services.
• Ability to navigate and understand electronic devices such as an iPad/Point-of-Sale device
• Other Duties that may be assigned according to the needs of the business
• Experience in a caregiving environment (preferred)
