Job summary

PS Salon and Spa seeks a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to oversee multi-unit salons within partnered Senior Living Communities. This part-time role (4 days a week, 6-7 hours daily; up to 30 hours) offers a 52% commission rate, potential bonus, and supplemental insurance.

PS Salon & Spa is looking for a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a Salon Manager, within our partnered Senior Living Communities!

Job Type: Part-Time, 4 days a week/ 6-7 hours daily/not to exceed 30 hours.

Compensation:

• 52% commission rate
• Opportunity for annual review of commission rate

• Schedule is set to align with business needs, flexibility required as needed.
• Ability to workdays, evenings, and/or weekends behind the chair as needed.
• Support schedule coverage when available and appropriate.
• Timely communications to direct Field Leader of any limitations or availability around coverage needs.

Position Requirements:

• MUST HAVE: Active Cosmetology license in the state where salon operates.

• Other Duties that may be assigned according to the needs of the business
• Ability to navigate and understand electronic devices such as an iPad/Point of Sales System
• Experience in a caregiving environment (preferred)
