Job summary

PS Salon and Spa seeks a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to oversee multi-unit salons inside partnered Senior Living Communities. This part-time role (6-7 hours daily, up to 30 hours weekly) offers a 52% commission base with potential bonuses, insurance access, and flexible scheduling across days, evenings, and weekends.

Ideal candidates hold an active cosmetology license, bring leadership experience, and can motivate a team while meeting personal production

Qualifications

• Previous salon leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Comfortable independently working while collaborating with field leadership.

PS Salon & Spa is looking for a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a Salon Manager, within our partnered Senior Living Communities!

Job Type: Part-Time, 6-7 hours daily/not to exceed 30 hours.

Compensation:

• 52% commission rate
• Opportunity for annual review of commission rate

• Schedule is set to align with business needs, flexibility required as needed.
• Ability to workdays, evenings, and/or weekends behind the chair as needed.
• Support schedule coverage when available and appropriate.
• Timely communications to direct Field Leader of any limitations or availability around coverage needs.

Position Requirements:

• MUST HAVE:Active Cosmetology license in the state where salon operates.
• Reliable transportation
• Previous salon leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and support a team while maintaining personal production goals.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with field leadership.
• Flexible availability to meet changing business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 30lbs, reach, bend, and perform services.
• Ability to navigate and understand electronic devices such as an iPad/Point-of-Sale device
• Other Duties that may be assigned according to the needs of the business
• Experience in a caregiving environment (preferred)
