We are seeking a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a District Leader within our partnered Senior Living Communities.

Position Details

• Position: Salon Manager / District Leader
• Job Type: Full-time, 5 days a week

Compensation

• $25/hour for Administrative & District Leader Duties (up to 8 hours/week). You will receive an hourly rate for duties outside of client services.
• Behind the Chair (BTC) Days: Minimum of 4 days/week at a 52% commission rate. Payment includes commission per service or a guaranteed hourly wage, whichever is higher, per local regulations.
• Annual increase in commission rate after start date.

Position Requirements

• Valid state Cosmetology license and reliable transportation
• Minimum 3 days/week performing cosmetology services
• Retail sales experience required
• Basic manicures and pedicures skills
• Basic computer and email skills
• Experience in caregiving environment (preferred)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, reach, stand for at least 6 hours, lift/move 50 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch regularly
