We are seeking a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a District Leader within our partnered Senior Living Communities.

Position Details

• Position: District Leader
• Job Type: Full-time, 5 days a week

Compensation

• $21/hour for Administrative & District Leader Duties, up to 8 hours/week. You will receive an hourly rate for duties outside of providing services.
• Behind the Chair (BTC) Days: Minimum of 4 days/week at a 55% commission rate, paid per service or a guaranteed hourly wage depending on local regulations.
• Starting at 52% commission, with annual increases per company policy.

Position Requirements

• Valid state Cosmetology license and reliable transportation
• Minimum 3 days/week doing Cosmetology Services behind the chair
• Retail sales experience required
• Basic manicures and pedicures skills
• Basic email and computer skills
• Experience in caregiving environment (preferred)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk regularly
• Reach with hands and arms
• Stand for at least 6 hours daily
• Lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Stoop, kneel, crouch frequently
