We are seeking a Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a District Leader within partnered Senior Living Communities.

Position Details

• Position: District Leader
• Job Type: Full-time, 5 days a week

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate of $26-$28 for administrative and leadership duties (up to 16 hours/week).
• Behind the Chair (BTC) days: Minimum of 3 days/week at 52% commission, with potential for hourly wage based on minimum wage requirements.
• Annual earnings estimated between $42,000 and $55,000.
• Additional benefits include retail commission, biweekly pay, quarterly bonuses, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, PTO, and access to PayActiv for wage advances.

Position Requirements

• Valid state Cosmetology license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 3 days/week doing Cosmetology services behind the chair.
• Retail sales experience required.
• Basic manicure and pedicure skills.
• Basic computer and email skills.
• Experience in caregiving (preferred).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, reach, stand for at least 6 hours, lift/move 50 lbs, and stoop/kneel/crouch regularly.
