We are seeking Licensed Estheticians looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone provides high-quality, result-driven facial treatments, including the latest advancements such as LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.

Our Estheticians enjoy building treatment plans that may incorporate these progressive options. Professionals can build repeat business through our membership model.

Your expertise in skincare and product knowledge will make you a vital part of our team. We handle appointment bookings and supply all necessary materials so you can focus on your clients. Ongoing education is provided through Education on Demand platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
2. Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client skincare goals
3. Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars
4. Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
5. Create an outstanding experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude
6. Generate new clientele via member referrals and memberships
7. Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas

Job Requirements:

1. Strong retail and in-room upgrade record
2. Must carry liability insurance
3. Knowledge of all spa services and product lines related to Estheticians
