Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in Charlotte, NC is looking for a Salon Manager who is part coach, part entrepreneur, and 100% a culture-shaper. You’ll lead by example, recruit top stylists, and shape a guest journey that turns first-time visitors into lifelong fans.

This role emphasizes business sense, mentoring, and safe, energetic salon environments. You’ll manage payroll, analyze scorecards, and drive growth through commissions, services, and retail, while maintaining OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license in the applying state.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 12 months in a leadership role.
• Availability: 40 hours per week (5 days/8 hours).
• Ability to stand, walk and perform salon tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and build a high-performing stylist team.
• Lead guest journey and drive repeat visits.
• Grow salon revenue through services, retail and scheduling efficiency.
• Mentor associates using the IGROW model.
• Maintain a safe, clean salon and comply with OSHA standards.
