Job summary

Hair Cuttery seeks a Salon Manager to act as the CEO of your salon, driving growth, profitability, and culture. You will mentor a team of salon professionals and lead by example behind the chair, delivering exceptional guest experiences while leveraging data and our tools to maximize revenue.

You’ll recruit top stylists, maintain a safe and energetic environment, and report to a District Leader. This role includes paid benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license in the state you are applying for.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 12 months in a prior leadership role preferred.
• Availability: 40 hours per week (5 days/8 hours per day).
• Stand/walk and perform salon motions; dexterity needed.
• Work in a salon environment with chemicals, scents, and fumes.
• Basic math skills for cash/inventory and training attendance.

Responsibilities

• Scout talent by partnering with local beauty schools to build a dream team.
• Lead the guest journey, mentoring stylists to turn first-time guests into lifelong fans.
• Grow the salon with data and digital tools to hit sales goals and schedule targets.
• Mentor associates using the IGROW model to advance careers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inspiring salon that adheres to standards.
