Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Must be able to stand and lift objects as described.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals and coach staff to achieve targets and profitability.
• Schedule and assign employees; monitor work results.
• Control labor costs and other expenses to meet financial objectives.
• Ensure store cleanliness, stock, and customer readiness.
• Build rapport with customers and foster loyalty.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits.
