Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven retail/customer service experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meets sales goals and performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Completes company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Achieves financial objectives through monitoring controllable expenses like labor, cost of sales, and expenses.
• Maintains store stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Manages tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
• Establishes rapport with customers to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Creates a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Investigates and resolves customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyzes daily sales and expense information and performs financial analysis to maximize profit.
