Qualifications

• Active cosmetology/barber license (or reciprocal license).
• Love for hair styling trends and cutting-edge artistry.
• Experience managing a team, even if in another industry.
• Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute with an optimistic growth mindset.
• Mentor stylists and lead by example.
• Manage client interactions with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Understand and support actions for success: goals, training, inventory, outreach.
• Maintain cleanliness standards.
