Qualifications

• Active cosmetology/barber license (or reciprocal license) required.
• Love for hair styling trends and cutting-edge artistry.
• Experience leading a team, even in another industry.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and mentor stylists.
• Strong client service and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients.
• Motivate by example, boost team morale, and provide hands-on support for your team.
• Collaborate with ownership on goals, excel at daily operations, and grow the salon’s local reputation.
• Stay up to date with salon management software and other business applications.
• Train, educate, and mentor stylists.
• Ensure salon compliance with company policies and local/state regulations.
