Supercuts, Inc. in the Coeur d’Alene area is seeking a creative Salon Manager to lead a busy full-service salon and grow within a local management group. You’ll mentor stylists, drive top-notch service, and partner with leadership to achieve goals while managing daily operations.

This role welcomes experienced stylists aiming to advance into management, with paid trainings and opportunities to grow into higher leadership levels, all within a supportive family-owned atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology/barber license (or reciprocal license).
• Love for hair styling trends and cutting-edge artistry.
• Experience managing a team, even if in another industry.

We’re looking for a creative Salon Manager in the Coeur d’Alene area to join our new local management group and serve amazing clientele at our busy, full-service Supercuts hair salon!
