JCPenney Salon in Warwick, RI is seeking a Salon Manager (Exempt) to lead a team of stylists and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will coach and motivate staff, drive service and retail results, and uphold our company values every day.

Responsibilities include developing talent, recruiting new stylists, managing performance, merchandising, and ensuring compliance with safety and licensing standards. Eligible for bonus under the Management Incentive Plan.

Formación

• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience managing salon operations and driving retail and service results.
• Ability to recruit and develop stylists.

Responsabilidades

• Leads by example in client interactions and coaches stylists to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Proactively recruits qualified stylists and provides ongoing feedback for growth.
• Reviews performance metrics to improve productivity, referrals, rebooking, and client acquisition.
• Manages merchandising and backbar, adjusts layouts and ensures core standards are met.
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations and company programs, including licensing requirements.
