JCPenney Salon is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a behind-the-chair team, coach stylists, and drive service and retail results. You may work up to 8 hours per week behind the chair with your own clientele while guiding the team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage salon performance, and ensure compliance with company standards. A cosmetology license is required in the state you apply.
