Job summary

Glow Brands is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, elevate client service, and uphold operational excellence. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, lead by example, and strive to meet productivity goals while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Ideal candidates have retail management or sales experience, strong customer service skills, and a passion for team leadership.

Qualifications

• Management or sales experience required.
• Beauty industry or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Team building abilities.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in client-centric service and sales performance.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals and objectives for team members.
• Coach, train and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory and support salon functions.
• Help control top-line revenue and expenses.
• Maintain staffing levels for productivity and service quality while controlling labor costs.
• Work nights and weekends.
• Work a 5-day week with ~35–45 hours per week depending on status.
