Glow Brands is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, deliver exceptional client service, and uphold operational excellence. You will supervise tanning consultants, model leadership, and foster a culture of accountability to meet productivity goals.

Ideal candidates have management or sales experience, strong customer service skills, and a passion for team leadership. The role offers growth opportunities within the Glow Brands family and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Management and/or sales experience required.
• Beauty industry and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) needed.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to lead teams and delegate tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set goals and coach Team Members to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports and assist with inventory and salon budgeting.
• Help manage top-line revenue and labor costs.
• Support staffing to maximize productivity and service quality.
• Work nights and weekends; 5-day week, 35–45 hours per week.
