Glow Brands seeks a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance and deliver superior client service. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, lead by example in operations, and uphold productivity goals across the salon.

Ideal candidates have management or sales experience, customer service strengths, and a passion for team leadership. The role offers growth in a fast-paced, retail tanning environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Management and/or sales experience required.
• Beauty industry and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example to deliver a client-centric experience.
• Coach and develop Team Members to meet sales goals.
• Generate reports, manage inventory, and support leadership duties.
• Balance revenue and expenses while maintaining staffing levels.
• Work nights and weekends; 5-day weeks with 35–45 hours.
