Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, deliver exceptional client service, and supervise tanning consultants. You will lead by example in sales, operations, and staff development in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role requires management or sales experience, customer service passion, and basic computer skills. Expect 35–45 hours per week, nights and weekends, with opportunities for career growth within Glow Brands.

Qualifications

• Management or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in client-centric service and achieve personal sales targets.
• Maintain a professional and clean salon environment.
• Set goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with Salon Director functions.
• Help control top-line revenue and labor costs.
• Work nights and weekends; 5-day weeks with 35–45 hours per week.
