Sun Tan City, part of Glow Brands, seeks a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance and deliver exceptional client service. You will supervise tanning consultants, lead by example, and uphold a clean, professional environment while achieving productivity goals.

The role requires leadership, management or sales experience, and strong coaching abilities to mentor a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail setting.

Formación

• Management or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Team building and delegation capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with salon director functions.
• Support staffing and labor cost controls while ensuring excellent customer service.
